Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Thank you so much for choosing Dreamy Esthetics! I truly value your time and appreciate you trusting me with your beauty services. To ensure I can provide the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policy: ✨Deposit Policy A non-refundable $50 deposit via Zelle to 786-379-6012 is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. ✨Rescheduling Life happens, and I completely understand! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment date when sufficient notice is given. ✨Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you. ✨No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments. ✨Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule for the day.
